Bro. Paul Lestlie
Treasurer General
Bro. Paul Lestlie is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the field of accounting, holding the esteemed Certified Public Accountant (CPAK). He has established himself as a respected consultant specializing in Organization Development and Systems Strengthening (ODSS). Bro. Paul’s impressive career includes significant roles as an internal auditor with organizations of regional and international repute, including AMREF Kenya, GNP, and as the Eastern African Regional Finance Officer. His expertise in financial management, auditing, and systems enhancement has consistently delivered value and operational excellence. Currently, Brother Bro. Paul Lestlie serves as the Treasurer General of Kenya Management Staff Union, where his financial acumen and leadership are pivotal to the organization’s success. With a strong foundation in accounting, a proven track record in organizational development, and an exemplary commitment to financial stewardship, Bro. Paul is an invaluable asset to our team in driving financial efficiency and strategic growth.
Bro. James Meibuko
Chairman General
Bro. James Meibuko is a seasoned professional with a solid educational foundation and extensive leadership experience.
He graduated from Olkejuado High School before pursuing a Diploma in Biblical Studies at the International School of Theology, demonstrating his commitment to ethical principles and moral values. Further enhancing his skill set, Bro. James earned a Certificate in Professional Mediation from African Nazarene University, showcasing his expertise in conflict resolution and effective communication. His proficiency in strategic planning and management is evidenced by a Diploma in Community Resource Mobilization and Management.
Currently holding the position of Chairman General at KMSU, Bro. James exemplifies exemplary leadership, fostering collaboration, and achieving collective goals within the Kenya Management Staff Union.
Bro. Habil Omondi

Bro. Habil Omondi is a dedicated trade unionist and with over two decades of experience as an Imaging and Info-Imaging Consultant.
He is an Alma Mater of The Technical University Of Kenya and Theta Institute, Germany.
He serves the Union as the trustee.
Bro. Rauf Okal
Deputy General Secretary
Bro. Rauf Okal is a seasoned trade unionist with a rich and diverse background in championing workers’ rights. With a career spanning several years, he has emerged as a dynamic leader known for his unwavering commitment and visionary leadership.
Bro. Rauf plays a pivotal role in establishing and advancing the organization’s mission, currently serving as the Deputy General Secretary of Kenya Management Staff Union. Bro. Rauf has served with the UNIGLOBAL UNION in Doha Qatar. In this role, he played a crucial part in protecting workers’ rights and fostering decent working conditions, particularly in the pre- soccer world cup season of 2022. His responsibilities included educating workers on labour laws, assisting with grievance filings, and collaborating with international labour organization (ILO), ITUC, BWO, IDWO, ITF and the Qatar Government to drive labour reforms.
Prior to that, Mr. Rauf served as the National Administrator for the Kenya National Private Security Workers Union (KNPSWU). Bro. Rauf spearheaded initiatives to ensure the effective delivery of union objectives. His administrative acumen extended to overseeing 12 branch secretariats, where he facilitated holistic union engagement.
Bro. Rauf’s educational journey includes a BSc. degree from Kenyatta University, International Human Resource Management and Security Management. He has consistently pursued professional development, with trainings in Fair Wages Strategies in a Global Economy, Operations Management, and an alumnus of the prestigious Global Outlook Trade Union School (GOTUS), among others.
Bro. Rauf’s professional journey is marked by his ability to lead, his dedication to workers welfare, and his commitment to showcasing the true essence of Africa. He continues to be a driving force in shaping the future of labour and promoting the welfare of workers at any given opportunity.
Sis. Damaris Omolo
Assistant Treasurer General
Sis. Damaris Omolo is a dedicated trade unionist with a strong commitment to workers’ rights. She is an alumnus of Asumbi Girls High School and has since become a prominent figure in the business and labour sectors. Currently, Sis. Damaris is serving as the Assistant Treasurer General for KMSU. Damaris plays a vital role in ensuring the financial stability of the organization. Her focus on meticulous financial management and unwavering dedication to fiscal responsibility has made her an invaluable asset. Damaris is a true advocate for equitable working conditions, and her leadership in trade unionism reflects her passion for social justice and workers’ welfare.
